Canceling Bookings

This is a pro feature (light users must contact Spacewise to cancel a booking)

To cancel a booking:

1. Select the booking that you wish to cancel
2. Scroll down, and on the right-hand side of the page you will see a section called Changes/Adjustments.
3. Click on “Cancel booking”
4. From here, you can select an option from the drop-down menu and write a comment to the tenant. 
5. As soon as you press continue, the booking is canceled.

The cancelation reason is an internal note and is not shared with the tenant. Please make sure to write a message to the tenant in the cancelation message box.
