This is a pro feature (light users must contact Spacewise to cancel a booking)
To cancel a booking:
- Select the booking that you wish to cancel
- Scroll down, and on the right-hand side of the page you will see a section called Changes/Adjustments.
- Click on “Cancel booking”
- From here, you can select an option from the drop-down menu and write a comment to the tenant.
- As soon as you press continue, the booking is canceled.
The cancelation reason is an internal note and is not shared with the tenant. Please make sure to write a message to the tenant in the cancelation message box.
