Responding to Booking Requests & Inquiries

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Replying to inquiries and booking requests is quick and easy. The types of incoming bookings depends on which leasing processes are set up in your listings. When brands submit requests and inquiries, they must submit a project template and include relevant industries to their brand. This makes it much easier to review applications and quickly confirm bookings or issue and invitation to book.

As part of the project template, brands must select industries from the following:

  • Art
  • Agency
  • Beauty
  • Education & Community
  • Events & Entertainment
  • Fashion
  • Food & Drink
  • Home & Living
  • Professional Services
  • Social
  • Other

Inquiries (Inviting tenants to book)

Inquiries have the status "Inquiry" in the inbox. From here you can review the tenant's application and if it suits the space, send an invitation to book. Once an invitation is set, the tenant has a pre-determined amount of time to respond before the booking expires. Once they accept, they are forwarded to process the payment online.

To send an invitation to book:

  1. Click on your inbox, and select a message with the status "Inquiry"

  2. Review the tenant's application

  3. If it's a good fit, select "Invite to book"

  4. The dates from the booking inquiry are automatically selected, you can adjust the cancellation policy and set an expiry for the booking invitation.

  5. Confirm by clicking “Invite to book” and the tenant will automatically receive the booking invitation.

If the invitation expires before the tenant responds, a new invitation must be sent.
