Inbox Overview

The inbox is the heart and soul of Spacewise. This is where you see all incoming inquiries, booking requests, and instant bookings from brands. From here you can communicate with brands, invite them to book, issue invoices and confirm bookings with the click of a button. 



Inbox statuses

There are 10 emails statuses in the Spacewise dashboard:

  • Approved - booking was accepted by the property manager
  • Expired - offer was sent to a brand but not accepted in time
  • Cancelled - booking cancelled by property manager or Spacewise
  • In review - new booking request 
  • Offered - invitation to book has been sent to the brand
  • Inquiry - new inquiry
  • Request - messages that are received from the "ask a question" form on the marketplace
  • No offer - when an offer is prepared by the landlord and then withdrawn
  • Withdrawn - inquiry or booking request was withdrawn by the brand
  • Declined - booking was declined by the property manager


Inbox filters

Use filter parameters to refine the inbox display. This is particularly useful if you need to search by date, status, or by specific listing.

  1. Go to the inbox
  2. Select the necessary filter parameters  
  3. The selected filters will be applied automatically 

Search

Use the search function to quickly find bookings. Search by name, user, address or booking number.

  1. Go to the search bar
  2. Type in the search word
  3. Press enter button on your keyboard

Export emails

When needed, emails can be exported into CSV and PDF format. 

  1. Go to the ellipsis located on the right end of the menu bar
  2. Click export
  3. Select a date range
  4. Select a status
  5. Select export to CSV or PDF


Go to your inbox.
