How Brands Inquire and Book Space

Brands can browse and search for spaces on branded marketplaces, or on the POP UP SHOPS marketplace. Where a listing is discoverable is determined in the listing setup wizard. There are three ways for prospects to inquire or book spaces. They can send a non-binding inquiry, send booking requests or make instant bookings. This is determined in the setup of the listing.

For Non-binding Inquires

For prospects to send inquiries:

1. Select the desired dates
2. Click send an inquiry 
3. Select their project template
4. Click send

For Booking Requests

Booking requests are filled out in the same way that inquiries are, apart from the brand must also submit payment details. This is so that Spacewise can pre-authorize the rent payment. Once a booking is accepted, the payment is authorized. 

For prospects to send booking requests:

1. Select the desired dates
2. Click send an inquiry 
3. Select their project template
4. Click continue to payment
5. Fill in payment details
6. Click submit

Example Walkthrough

Instant bookings work the same way as booking inquiries, however the booking is accepted instantly. This means that the brand's card is authorized straight away.
