Types of Leasing Workflows

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Leasing workflows give you control over how your units are leased online. There are three flows to work with, inquiries, booking requests, and instant bookings. The type of workflow is defined during the initial creation of a listing, but can be changed at any time from the Listings menu.

Change workflows on published listings by going to the listing wizard. To do this, go to Listings>Listing of choice>Edit

Receive Inquiries:

This workflow allows brands to send booking inquiries. Once you receive an inquiry, you can review it and decide whether you would like to issue a booking invitation.

How to set up this workflow from the listing wizard:

  1. Click on the section Publication
  2. Under the option “Should this listing be set up for booking requests or inquiries? ” select Inquiries
  3. Click publish

Receive bookings and accept them manually:

With this workflow, tenants can send you a booking request. Once you receive a request, you can choose to either accept or decline.

How to set this workflow up from the listing wizard:

  1. Click on the section Publication
  2. Under the option “Should this listing be set up for booking requests or inquiries? ” select Booking requests
