Managing User Notifications

User notifications

By default users have all notifications enabled, these can be controlled from the settings tab. In some cases, certain users might want to disable notifications that are not applicable to them. There are two types of notifications, transactional and general.

Transactional/Inbox 

Transactional notifications cover all notifications about booking activity. That means incoming inquiries and booking requests, payments and payouts.


Booking Notifications

Booking notifications are reminders about a bookings start date. By default, they are sent 3 days, and 1 day before a booking starts.


General

General notifications are classed as newsletters, emails with tips and advice, and special offers emails.


To change user notification preferences

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Notifications
  3. Toggle the switch on/off on the notifications you wish to receive



Go to your settings.
