There are two ways to onboard users to the platform. They can sign up by themselves, or an invitation can be sent from the Spacewise dashboard. Once you have created a team, you can invite new users to that team. Before sending an invitation, you can decide what permissions they should have.
There are two permission types to choose:
- Managers (Supervisors) - Can edit listings and respond to messages and requests
- Users (Managers) - Are responsible for a team and can edit all resources within that team.
How to invite users to the platform:
- Select a team
- Select "+New user"
- Enter the user's email address
- Select their role
- Click save
If you need to change a user's role, they must be removed and invited to join the platform again.
To change user roles:
- Select the person in question and select “delete”
- Click the “+ New user” button
- Enter the email address of the deleted user and select their new role
