Commissions are calculated differently depending on account type. Light users have a 15% commission, whereas Pro Users have a 10% commission.
Commissions are deducted from the rental amount (incl.VAT). Take this in to consideration when pricing a space.
Pro users with branded portals do not pay any commissions, only a transactional fee of 4% (taken from the gross transactional value).
