Creating Pre-paid Bookings

This is a pro feature

Similar to how you can send offers, it’s possible to create a booking that have already been paid for. The difference between creating a booking and sending an offer is that when creating a booking, the tenant is not directed to make a payment. The payment must be handled between the landlord and tenant outside of Spacewise. 

Note: The tenant must be on the platform in order to create a booking.

To create a booking: 

1. Select the tenant that you want to create a booking for under the tenants tab
2. Click the “Send offer” button on the top right side
3. First select a listing before selecting the dates
4. Fill in the desired dates
5. Fill in the concept details, select at least two options from the drop-down menu and write a brief description about the concept
6. Check the terms and make any adjustments as needed
7. Add a message to the tenant
8. Click send

The tenant will receive the offer and upon accepting can process the payment
