Sending Tenants Offers

This is a pro feature

The Spacewise send offer feature lets you actively send out offers to your tenants. This feature must be enabled on your account to be able to use it, if it’s not available to you, reach out to our customer service team. 

Tenants must be registered on the platform to send out offers, see how to invite new tenants to the platform.

To send an offer:

1. Select the tenant that you want to send an offer to under the tenants tab
2. Click the “Send offer” button on the top right side
3. First select a listing before selecting the dates
4. Fill in the desired dates
5. Fill in the concept details, select at least two options from the drop-down menu and write a brief description about the concept
6. Check the terms and make any adjustments as needed
7. Add a message to the tenant
8. Click send
9. The tenant will receive the offer and upon accepting can process the payment

By default, the cancellation policy from the listing is selected. This can be overridden by selecting a different policy from the drop-down menu.
