How your organization receives payments is determined by the agreement in the service agreement with Spacewise. There are three payout schedules to choose from. Once issued, payouts usually take between 1-3 business days to clear and reach the organization's bank account.
Per booking
This will trigger payouts to occur as soon as a lease starts. This is the default method set up for light users.
Monthly
This payout schedule collects rent totals over a 30-day period and deposits them in one sum to the organization.
Quarterly
If desired, rent payments can be deposited on a quarterly basis. Rent totals will be collected over a 90-day period and deposited in one sum to the organization.
