Payment/Payout Methods

Receive rent and pay for services through Spacewise. Ensure payments are handled on time by adding a payment and payout method to your account. It is important that this information is kept up to date. 

Payment Method

To set up:

1. Go to settings
2. Look for the section called "Payment Methods"
3. Click "add a payment method"
4. For credit card payment's fill in the credit card details 

OR 

1. For direct debits, click on the tab "SEPA Direct Debit" and fill in the details
2. Click save

Payout Method

To set up:

1. Go to settings
2. Look for the section called "Payout Methods"
3. Click "add a payout method"
4. Check that the country and currency is correct
5. Fill in the account number, routing number, and account holder name
6. Select the account holder type 
7. Click save

Go to your settings.
