Spacewise Plans

Spacewise offers two plans for businesses of all sizes. The light plan covers the basics, giving you enough power to bring your leasing online and offer you some useful tools to get up and running. The Pro plan takes it up a notch, offering you tools to manage aspects of your leasing business on a granular level. It gives you the tools to manage tenants, create offers, manage availabilities, create campaigns and set up organizational structures and permissions.

Spacewise Light Users 

Light users have no monthly fees and can use the marketplace (POP UP SHOPS) to do the basics like receive bookings, list properties, set flexible prices, accept invoice payments, check statistics and export data to CSV/PDF. Light Users pay a 15% commission.

Spacewise Pro Users

a ,Pro users that have a branded portal have monthly fee's but pay no commission on bookings. Instead, they pay 4% transactional fee. Pro plans without a branded portal pay a 4% commission on bookings from their existing tenants, and a 10% fee on any new tenants that come through the POP UP SHOPS marketplace. Pro plans come with enhanced features to power up your leasing strategy, including sending offers, creating campaigns, organizational structures and tenant groups to name a few.
