Setting Up Blocked Dates

The scheduler lets you easily manage your availabilities by making it easy to block any unavailable dates in the calendar. They can be set up as one off periods (e.g. public holidays) or as recurring periods (e.g. closed Sundays).


To block days in a listings calendar:

  1. Go to the scheduler and click on a listing
  2. Select the dates you wish to block
  3. Set availability to unavailable 
  4. Select if it should be recurring
  5. Write a reason (not mandatory) 
  6. Click "Save changes"


Once a date is blocked, it is not possible for a prospect to book on this date. 



Go to your scheduler.
