Brands can use discount codes to give them reductions on their bookings. The codes can be applied on the checkout page similarly to how a checkout page on and ecommerce site. When a tenant checks out, they fill in their payment details and enter the code, the total is automatically deducted, and their card is charged with the new (reduced) amount.
