To book a space through Spacewise/POP UP SHOPS, users agree to the terms and conditions of our site. This means that tenants agree to Spacewise terms of usage and any independent rules and regulations that are laid out by property managers. If you wish to use your own leasing contracts or have specific insurance requirements for tenants, you can upload these as additional documents when creating a listing.
- Once a landlord accepts a booking request, the tenant enters into a direct contract with the landlord.
- In the case of booking inquiries, if the landlord sends a booking invitation to a tenant, and the tenant accepts and enters their payment details, the two parties enter into a contract with one another.

Insurance
Spacewise/POP UP SHOPS has partnered with Zurich Insurance Group® to create a Liability Insurance that is included with every booking through our platform free of charge. This is a basic Liability Insurance which offers cover up to CHF 1,000,000. It is possible that in some circumstances, landlords may require a higher coverage, and may request confirmation of your own General Liability Insurance to book a space.
