If you wish to use your own leasing contracts or have specific insurance requirements for tenants, you can upload these as additional documents when creating a listing.
- Once a landlord accepts a booking request, the tenant enters into a direct contract with the landlord.
- In the case of booking inquiries, if the landlord sends a booking invitation to a tenant, and the tenant accepts and enters their payment details, the two parties enter into a contract with one another.
